Covered:

Manufacturing and workmanship defects affecting normal operation, including movement, crown, pusher and internal mechanical or quartz defects.

Not Covered:

Battery replacement, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents or cosmetic damage, accidental damage, impact, misuse, negligence, water damage resulting from use outside the manufacturer's specifications(200m), unauthorised repairs or modifications, loss or theft.

Warranty Claims:

Sterling house is your first point of contact. Where a valid warrantry claim is accepptable, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include inspection, repair or replacement.
